PET scan

Clickety-clackity, clickety-clackity, type type type….This is happy typing! I had my PET scan yesterday (yes, we dredged through the crappy weather, thanks to my pal Norma and her husby, Bill) (and no, the prep for the PET scan was no where NEAR as horrible as the first one back in November). AND, the report is already online for me to read. So I read it. It’s a lot of medical mumbo-jumbo, and I haven’t discussed anything with my doctor yet, but it looks like a pretty good report to me.

The summary says things like, “Overall excellent response to therapy, with only questionable findings of residual disease of the right liver. Attention on follow up is recommended.”

And, “Markedly decreased…activity at every site…”

And, “No new sites of disease.”

So, yeah. Today is a good day!
